2. Course Enrollment Refunds

2.1 Course Fees

Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of enrollment.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on the following criteria:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: courses@pierrepapparoti.com .
  • Refund requests must be received within 28 Days days from the date of enrollment.
  • Refund will not be granted 28 days prior the commencement of the course.
  • Refunds will not be granted for completed courses.

2.3 Refund Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at courses@pierrepapparoti.com to request a refund.
  • Provide your full name, contact details, course details, and the reason for your refund request.
  • We will review your request and respond within five business days.

2.4 Refund Approval

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within up to 21 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
